MARCH CONTEST WINNER #1

The March contest winners were so inspiring. Here is Mama #1 Tena and her daughter Avery. Tena nominated her daughter Avery instead of herself (this makes her deserving as well). Avery is a bright and bubbly 3 year old. Her older borother is 5 and he has special needs. Caden has RTS (Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome)-comparable to Down Syndrome. Her little brother Declan is 7 weeks old. Avery is a very deserving little girl. She takes a back seat to Caden in terms of hospitalizations and appointments and schooling for him, and now she also takes a back seat to Declan since mommy is being spread so very thing. Mom writes that her patience with Avery has been lesss than stellar lately. Avery however, has stayed super sweet and is an intuitive little girl. Since Declan's birth, a miriad of events have taken place to put alot of stress on this little girl and her family. Five Weeks ago her daddy fell off their roof and broke his arm. He has been off work some without pay and her family has been struggling. The next week Caden went into the hospital with the flue and pneumonia. Tena writes that although things have been crazy around their house, they know with God on their side they will pull through and be just fine. Through it all Avery has been a great big sister and is deserving of a little "You are Special" gift.
